Polaris was wonderful right from the very start. They worked with our insurance to get coverage, all their communication was transparent and thorough. The therapists that our daughter had and we had together as a family were phenomenal. The environment at Polaris was so warm and welcoming, and our daughter made good friends there. They also had a parent weekend with workshops which we really benefitted a lot from. We’re so thankful to Polaris and would 100% recommend them to anyone else.

"Polaris was a great starting off point for my recovery. One of the things I’m most grateful for was my therapist. Without her I don’t think I would have fallen into the path I did. Before going to rehab my life was absolute chaos. Nothing mattered to me and each day was more unmanageable than the last. Today my life is amazing. We are so proud of our daughter and how far she has come in 7 weeks with you. She speaks very highly of everyone at Polaris and of her time there. We had a really nice day with her for the first time in a long time. She was cheerful and positive and looked healthier than she has all year. We talked a lot about her goals for this year and what she would like to get out of it. And, we laughed a lot together.Thank you for taking such good care of her and giving her the structure and stability to continue on this journey.

Polaris really helped our family. We are grateful for everything the staff did for us. They taught us skills through family and individual therapy. The team was supportive through the entire process. I have seen an improvement in our lives after the program. Thank you for all you do!

Absolutely terrible place staff treat kids bad the food is good though.
