Everyone probably knows that renting a U-Haul can be a real crapshoot experience. Usually ranging from annoying to straight up sketchy. Polaris Self Storage has at least momentarily redeemed the experience of renting a U-Haul for me. Super nice and helpful folks working there, prompt e-communication, and they actually had and held the equipment I reserved when I showed up (not usually the case with U-Haul...they might have it, they might not).
