I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, as I understand how they can impact a business—but after several months of trying to resolve this issue, I feel it's necessary to share our experience. My parents just got their kitchen cabinets painted and we cannot be more happy with the result. Reza was so helpful and patient. He provided an estimate based on the pictures we sent and also came to take a closer look and answer some questions we had. After the process began, we realized that we did not like the colour we chose. Reza was so understanding and accommodating. Update: Unfortunately, I had to drop my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. There were some quality control issues with the drywall work Polaris Painters did in my garage. After assuring me that they would fix it, I haven't heard from them for several months, despite repeatedly following up. Reza and his team were true professionals. They explained the process from A to Z and made some valuable suggestions. They are meticulous with their work and it shows in the result. They showed true care and respect for our home. Our kitchen is beautiful. We are very happy and would definitely recommend them.
