After living in Melbourne for 10 years , and unhappy with jumping from GP to GP,I found Polaris medical by fluke around 4 years ago .It was such a blessing to have Dr Rasheed as my GP , he is very understanding , and provides sound medical advice . He has expanded his team now, and I see some of the other registras like Dr Sharma who has been incredible . I
It was my first time visiting the clinic as a new patient because I’m not feeling well. The receptionists were kind and helpful, Esperance also asked me to get myself tested for Covid/influenza before seeing the doctor. Dr. Javed was really nice and caring, she clearly explained the symptoms in a way which I could understand. I would definitely recommend this clinic and amazing staff.
worst customer service ever whoever picked the call on reception was a really rude lady talking to me like i owe her money or something i have called to book the appointment she asked me for my last name which i gave it to her and then blaming me that you should have to tell that you are a new customer i mean why you don’t ask me that question first. by getting this type of response i feel very uncomfortable to visit this place please teach the receptionist some manners how to talk with patients very disappointed.
Great staff at reception & Dr Javed is always kind & listens closely to me, so we achieve the best outcomes. Thank you all!
