I was introduced to Brock as an HVAC specialist through my girlfriend. Brock was very informative and thorough when he did a check up on my AC unit for the summer. He cleaned up my interior unit and fixed the drainage pipes. Through testing, he found the refrigerant was undercharged and got it back to an acceptable level. He explained issues he can see with my system and provided candid feedback on how much it impacts the system. He also shared best practices for maintenance.
Brock came out within 4 hours of me calling. He was very thorough. He took the time to explain all my options. He resolved the issue and there was no high pressure sales pitch. Great service at a reasonable price!
Brock is wonderful, very professional and efficient! I've used his service a few times now for my annual HVAC maintenance and I'm completely satisfied. Brock was phenomenal. He check our equipment and made a couple of tweaks to the ac unit. Most impressive was the amount of time he took to help troubleshoot some quirks in our HVAC system. Our system is already working better!
