Polaris does a great job of maintaining our system. He has saved us thousands in repairs also by doing what needs to be done instead of just trying to line his pockets like other hvac companies. When we need to replace our system I will definitely use them to do it as they have earned our trust over many years of working with them.

Brock was very helpful when my A/C suddenly stopped working. He made a quick repair and had my unit back in working order in no time at all. He made sure I understood what the problem was and gave me tips on how to prolong the life of my old unit.

After having Polaris Heating and Cooling out, I’ll never use a large company again. PHC was great! Brock is professional, explains things to me and answers my questions. There’s never any up-selling nor surprises in service or cost. I feel like a valued customer and I trust his judgment on doing only what actually needs done.

Brock is a great guy. If you're looking for someone honest and top notch, you found your guy. Very fair in pricing and above all you can trust him 100%. We will use him for all HVAC related items and refer our family and friends to him. He's that good.
