After having Polaris Heating and Cooling out, I’ll never use a large company again. PHC was great! Brock is professional, explains things to me and answers my questions. There’s never any up-selling nor surprises in service or cost. I feel like a valued customer and I trust his judgment on doing only what actually needs done.
