I guess I didn't know how great my old eye doctor was until I went to this place. I was forced to switch due to my Health Insurance provider being changed. I visited the Polaris office where I was given a prescription that was WAY too powerful for my eyes (this has never happened to me before in the 13 years I've worn contacts) so I had to return for a second visit. The care is fine, but they are almost always behind schedule. They also like to change their mind on pricing - you'll get one price over the phone, and a higher one when you go in. Not sure if they just haven't trained their staff, or if it is a larger problem, but we're getting pretty tired of it. A 50% price increase is "just a little bit more" and "still a really good price", and their attitude is pretty much "your problem, not mine" if you point it out. My suggestion would be to go somewhere else.
