I went there for dental treatment, but they did not carry out the treatment they had promised. Instead of doing what they had explained to me, they did something completely different, which has caused me a great deal of stress and disappointment. When I told them that I no longer wanted to continue with the treatment, they issued me a bill for nearly $1,000, even though they had not actually completed any proper treatment. Dentist Smitha Manoj deserves to be investigated for being extremely unprofessional had a braces appointment at 12:30 they made me wait until 1:05 to tell me that the dentist couldn’t make it because of “personal issues” this appointment was confirmed this morning by text and the dentist was not even there.
