Absolutely abhorrent communication. Set an appontment with the requirement of documents and paperwork before the appointment. Documents submitted, NO PAPERWORk SENT TO CLIENT-- then canceled leaving a sobbing client in her lobby with no prior notice. Apparently does not keep track of client contact or proper documentation for emails- its 5/15 currently, insists there was contact on 5/19 & 5/28.
