After doing much research I chose Polaris for my solo birthday dinner. It was a quiet Thursday night and *very* quiet at Polaris. Music was good but was so low I could hear conversations and silverware clinking. I don't love loud music, but I also don't like to hear people eating. Not really the vibe I was going for but ok. I was thrilled a vegetarian option was on the menu!
Wow. Can't believe we waited almost 20 years to go to this place. The food, views, decor and service all exceptionally good. My wife particularly enjoyed the seasonal vegetarian entree, and she's not a vegetarian. Highly recommend this place for a great date night.
