It was a good experience overall, not sure why there's so many negative reviews, but in my case, the staff were friendly and nice, and the doctor was great too.
To the President/CEO Tamara Player — you have a sticky, nasty mess on your hands. Your staff is completely incompetent. They need their own form of mental help. Zero empathy, compassion and sympathy (for those definitely in need) of some humans that actually care. Maybe hold mandatory meetings a lot and often that speak of the core values of what Polara Health is supposed to be, because right now it's chaos. Your staff is only there for a paycheck and they make it very clear. Help, Tamara, HELP!
