To the President/CEO Tamara Player — you have a sticky, nasty mess on your hands. Your staff is completely incompetent. They need their own form of mental help. Zero empathy, compassion and sympathy (for those definitely in need) of some humans that actually care. Maybe hold mandatory meetings a lot and often that speak of the core values of what Polara Health is supposed to be, because right now it's chaos. Your staff is only there for a paycheck and they make it very clear. Help, Tamara, HELP!
The larger woman at the front desk was nothing but rude to my family. We were told we can just walk in for our intake assessment and she was very short with us and said it would be 2 weeks until we could have an actual assessment. This is one of the few places who will see children in the area (unless you're on AHCCCS) and this is the service we get?
I had a psychiatrist gaslight me about how there was no way my meds could be less effective in a certain form given to be by the pharmacy. Certain generic vyvanse that came in an orange pill seemed almost like a placebo. She then made it extremely hard to get adderall my usual prescription and kept rescheduling my appointments until one day I got a letter in the mail that she was retiring. Today I saw on the news that same medication was being recalled for failing the effectiveness tests… the lesson here folks trust your gut
