I’ll be honest. I came into this with an open heart. But much like every single mental eval I’ve had, it’s felt like I wasn’t allowed to actually talk about the things that are going on. Full disclosure, I’m pretty sure I have autism. I got sketched out by my boss. So I didn’t feel comfortable expressing what’s actually going on. Absolutely no help with mental health. Avoid at all costs. Your insurance will thank you later. Terrible people and services.
Getting refills is aweful. They ask how things are going. Its always fine, because I can't trust then to keep up with the level of care they uh, "provide" me now, how the hell can I expect them to provide me with more care when they can't even do a satisfactory job now??
I started going to Polara a few years ago when I moved to the area because they could provide primary care and mental health care. The providers seem fine but office staff and medication fills have been a nightmare. I have had frustration after frustration after frustration.
