Well if you have a loved one in there and you try to get any information they won't tell you. When you are on the phone with them they will do anything to get you off, not 1oz of care in their voice, it almost seems as you're the issue when you're trying to call and get an update on a loved one. Absolutely abyssal care for their patients! Do not, do not bring your loved one here. After a 9 day day, the patient was only evaluated for 2 days. At no point was there a diagnosis, nor any variety of counseling. On the patient’s final day, they had the patient call to say that within several hours they would need to be picked up. No exit plan, no checking with family that they would be safe. No communication whatsoever. This is negligent and borderline malpractice.
