For context before I begin, I have been going to Polara for years. I transferred from the local Spectrum Healthcare locations, thinking that it would be an improvement upon their services, which I remember as being generally lackluster, but not to the extent I would later find at Polara. Try your best to have patience for the people at the front desk. It’s absolutely difficult to talk with them if you are not representing the flag of Satan! I did see a lady from my church there we had a good conversation. Then they attempted to be slightly nicer though no telling how many people got lost in addiction and mental health problems with that attitude. I’ll pray for the both of them. Though pray 10x as much for those stuck in addiction or dilemmas.

I have gone to Polara Health for my own primary care and had a very good experience. I had a physical and a wellness exam. Scheduling was very easy and prompt and I received a reminder of my appointment. I didn’t wait long. I got my blood work done at the lab of my choice instead of being sent to a place where I would have to wait a long time to have my blood drawn. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment.

They don't know what they're doing they told me they can help me with my medicare and food stamps they told me I have to just do everything myself. I do not recommend this place they are highly untrained as well as they give up on you on day one.
