Pushes trauma buttons badly. Harrases me often. Titled me illegally under the same mental health pretenses as abuse. I don't feel safe with the staff, the lack of professionalism except for some key people. I trust the Act Team. I trust Jeff. I do not trust the medical side at all. It's the most abusive side. A quick look through the reviews shows a troubling pattern: rather than addressing real issues, Polara Health responds to negative feedback with the same copy-and-paste reply, avoiding accountability altogether. Your mental health deserves to be taken seriously. Please take these experiences into consideration before moving forward with Polara Health.
This place has only brought me more stress and anxiety. For someone in recovery.. this is more stressful. My therapist switched me without even having a conversation about it. The front desk has hung up on me for trying to reschedule. I have been using there recourses since I was 13. Now being 21 I personally feel that this place has only declined. I have been going here for maybe 6 months or so … Katarina has been my therapist and has been such a blessing in my life. She brings good conversations, connections, and insight with our conversations. I’m so grateful for the value that she has brought to my life.
