A quick look through the reviews shows a troubling pattern: rather than addressing real issues, Polara Health responds to negative feedback with the same copy-and-paste reply, avoiding accountability altogether. Your mental health deserves to be taken seriously. Please take these experiences into consideration before moving forward with Polara Health.
This place has only brought me more stress and anxiety. For someone in recovery.. this is more stressful. My therapist switched me without even having a conversation about it. The front desk has hung up on me for trying to reschedule. I have been using there recourses since I was 13. Now being 21 I personally feel that this place has only declined. I have been going here for maybe 6 months or so … Katarina has been my therapist and has been such a blessing in my life. She brings good conversations, connections, and insight with our conversations. I’m so grateful for the value that she has brought to my life. She approaches the problems that I bring up in such a gentle way while providing insight that allows me to see things in a different perspective. I went there for help for my ADHD, first medication didn’t work, I called and left messages several times, finally they called to say I’m getting a new prescription, two weeks later waiting, talked to the pharmacy and they never sent the prescription to the pharmacy, I called them very upset about it, got two calls back right away just to get gaslighted and interrupted every time i tried explaining my situation and the receptionist literally just called me back to hung up on me. Only go if you have to. Doesn’t even provide drinking water here, and only gives you a cup to get it out the bathroom. Has a drinking water fixture but keeps it empty and never actually fills it. And not a honest company, also holds grudges.
