Was a excellent company to deal with. My sales person Becky always went above and beyond New controller in and changes everything. I ordered an ice merchandiser on July 1. They immediately charged my card even though it would not be built for 6-8 weeks. 4 weeks later was told it would be ready soon. 2 weeks later told it was shipping. When I asked for tracking number I as told would not ship for 3 additional weeks Very difficult time getting them to credit my card. Run DO NOT do business with Polar Temp
