I started getting water from Polar, Inc. about 2 years ago I believe. Their deliveries are for the most part , are about the same time every 4 weeks. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the water is excellent. I am happy to support a local company. Still very happy with Polar, Inc spring water. Horrible customer service! The initial set up started with a delay but the delivery man was very nice. Then the order for refill was delayed again. I checked the site and was prepared to be home to receive the water. Checked the site later that day and the date changed. I called to inquire about it and while leaving a voicemail someone hung up. Then immediately I received a text saying the driver was sick. Too much confusion and poor customer service for water. Do yourself a favor use another company!!!!
