I bought a new boiler from Polar that they installed 1 week ago. I am satisfied with the boiler, the price of the boiler, and the installation. I am unhappy with the Partner Membership which I purchased for 1 year with the understanding that it covers both the new boiler and my existing A/C system. They are professional and respectful, there work is outstanding and other contractors said to me quality work, don’t forget the people that work in the office extremely respectful and always answer and never a bother, I have had 4 HVAC company come to my house and Jared was the only one that picked up on something that the other never looked at, also very caring of the people in the house needs and polar bends over backwards to help you

Polar was professional, prompt and communicative. Rob was a great leader of the team of workers who kept us up to date with all the steps in the process of installing and working our new system. John, Issaiha, John V and Will were all courteous and professional.
Jason was very intelligent and knew my air conditioning unit inside and out. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and explain exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair it. I highly recommend Polar plumbing and heating for any job you may have.
