Arrived on time, got right to work. Rob, James and Zay were professional and all business. Rob explained as they went along and couldn't have gone better. Will use them for future projects and will recommend them.
They replaced my boiler and indirect water tank. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained all aspects of both units. Rob and Zay did an excellent job. Would recommend
Polar did a quick and wonderful job, and there price on my Mitsubishi split works great. The workers were friendly and respectful and the price was very reasonable
Rob was prompt and personable. He kept us informed about the installation of our heat pump system. He had to remove our washer and dryer and then he and Zay put them back in. Rob explained the system in very clear terms. Zay was an able assistant.
Every single person on the team including office staff were great to deal with. It was a big job. New HVAC and converting to propane. They coordinated with gas company for me. Air works great. Looking forward to trying out the heat soon!
