My experience with Polar was wonderful. I had to replace my heater and the hot water tank. From start to finish the staff showed great interest and professionalism in getting me a great price and finish the work in a timely manner. Thank you to Rob, Jimmy and Will for the great work they have done. They took the time to explain what I needed to know about the new system. I do recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
10/10, great experience and highly recommend. Polar is upfront, courteous, professional, and transparent. The team in knowledgeable and communicates information clearly. They worked with us concerning pricing and dates. Ultimately, we decided to go with a different company due to specific circumstances and balancing our immediate needs with Polar’s heightened services, but we’ll definitely be looking to engage Polar in the future under different circumstances.

This was my first time using Polar as I have had negative experiences with other companies over the years. I wanted to write a review to comment on the positive experience I had with Sylus. He fixed 2 issues I had that 2 other plumbers could not, and found another issue that I wasn't aware of. He was kind and professional. I will definitely use Polar again and request Sylus as the technician.
