We had our new system installed in one day! The crew was unbelievable! Couldn't ask for nicer people to come into our home. My water heater finally expired after 19 years! Called Polar Plumbing and they were able to get me a new Bradford White 50 Gal water heater installed the next day. They made the whole experience and transaction super smooth and easy. From Christian, Ray and Sandra in the office to Rob and Will who installed it, I highly recommend them!!!
Polar installed an Aurora-Series system in my house. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. They were able to explain the system and the installation. The installation itself was done with care to my house and grounds. Very easy to work with and professional!
Despite delays because of weather the crew showed up precisely on time the day of the installation. They quickly got to work, after protecting the area with tarps.The old boiler was removed without incident and they began installing the new Peerless boiler. They worked as a team and by 4:00 pm the unit was back online and everything was working perfectly. They were professional polite and thorough.
