We have had three birthday parties for my autistic daughter here and she always has so much fun! When we arrived everything was clean and we were able to set up the party room any way we preferred. The woman working the front desk was polite and let us do our thing which was perfect. All the kids had a blast and it’s so nice as a parent to not need to clean up when you are done! Highly recommend!!
This place had lots of cool stuff to play with, but as other people have mentioned it was REALLY dirty. All of the wooden surfaces felt sticky and the floor and lots of the toys were visibly filthy. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a VERY long time. It’s too bad, because if it were clean i would definitely bring my kid back. As it is now, i will not. It was gross.
Great indoor play space for younger kids! My kids will play for hours and I still have to drag them out! Clean and friendly staff too!
One star is all I can give Polar Play, maybe because the price is lower than other places, but boy do you get what you pay for. To start off, this place is DIRTY. It doesn’t even smell like there’s an attempt to clean it, no smell of cleaning products or anything to keep the air from being stale. We got there not long after it opened for the morning and you could tell they left it a mess from the day before, or maybe multiple days. Wonderful place! The kids love it! Never there for any Less than 2 hrs. Clean, very kid friendly & comfortable environment! Would recommend 100%
