Wow. What a great experience. My husband surprised me for our 10-year anniversary by making an appointment with Polar Lab Diamonds to choose a diamond ring. Everything about the experience was phenomenal and I am thrilled with the result. They also resized (due to arthritis) and replated my existing wedding ring and it looks fabulous. Highly recommend.

It is exactly what we wanted. We went to many other jewlers in person and did consultation online and nobody comes close to the level of customer service and ring customization available.
