First time buying a house the relator gave me 2 names she uses most times and I googled both read reviews and went with the one I though was the best choice he made the apt came out on a Saturday did the inspection. John was very thorough with his inspection and told us what needed to be fixed. The cost he charges to do the home inspection is very low and reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am delighted with the excellent and complete work done by John during the inspection of a lake property prior to our purchase. His knowledge of the subject matter is outstanding. He was very thorough in his inspection and in the follow-up inspection report. I would recommend him without reservations of any kind to anyone who needs a home inspection.

In the process of purchasing a home with multiple units weused Polar Home Inspections to inspect the properties. The report was very thorough and comprehensive. John was fantastic! He invited us to tag along during the inspection so he could show us things along the way. Not just issues, but he also took the time to show us how various maintenance things worked - very informative. I would highly recommend.

Polar Home Inspections created the best home inspection report that I have ever seen. I have bought multiple properties in the past, but the home inspections I received from the other companies were not even close to what Polar Home created. The inspection was done on time, and the report was issued to me exactly in the time frame I was promised. Use this company for your home inspections.

John was very professional. Showed up early even!! The entire time walking through the house he was showing me what he saw and took his time explaining things. Sent a great report also! Will recommend Polar H.I. to friends and family. Thanks John!
