Polar Heating and Cooling was able to assist me with my broken furnace in a fast and professional manner. I contacted Polar on Sunday, on Sunday night, I had a professional view my furnace and offered me a really good deal on a new furnace. The next morning, two professionals installed my new furnace. My heat recently went out. I called Polar because in the past they have always provided great customer service. The technician’s have all been polite, professional and are very knowledgeable. This time was no exception. I called at 8 am. The technician responded quickly and got my furnace back up and running that morning.The prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional.
