Everyone I spoke with at Polar were professional and kind. I did get the sense of trustworthiness from the tech that I initially called to look at my very old AC unit to try and fix it. I ended up just getting a new AC unit since polar was $2300 cheaper than 4 Seasons. I will definitely use Polar for all my HVAC needs from now on. It's really hard to find trustworthy people so I'm glad I called Polar.
