Came out when scheduled to provide quote. Said it would take 1 month to receive quote??? It's been over 2 months and still no response even after a phone call. Apparently they don't need the business. Response is lies! Technician had no clue what the job entailed. Technician showed little interest. All this is probably why a quote was never presented even after we called to find out about the quote. No return call was received. Why would it take over a month to obtain a quote anyway? I hope the technician no longer works for... read more
