Good company good person but I bought the house from him
Polar Enterprises installed a high efficiency boiler unit that supplies the hydronic heating system and the domestic hot water system. The high efficiency unit manufacturer services rep for Navien was called for a service call and discovered the unit was installed wrong. Polar Enterprises was called many many times without any acknowledgement. The unit was shutting down because of insufficient air make up and after month and a half of calling and no response, we had to call someone who knows about the high efficiency boiler ... read more
