Scam artists. I ordered 330 gallons the first time from cash heating oil. I have two 330 gallon tanks and they only filled 1/4 of the way. I was busy with work and my wife the second time ordered with them because they were the cheapest on cash heating oil. We ordered 300 gallons and they filled the tank and demanded payment for almost 600 gallons. Their customer service and drivers are rude and the company is unprofessional and unethical. I’ve used this company for years and always appreciated that they would price match cash heating oil and were easy to deal with. That policy appears to have changed at least for some customers. This winter they refused to price match for me, yet did so for a friend just last week. The lack of consistency feels unfair and arbitrary. Delivery driver came a day early unexpectedly, then verbally accosted my 88 year-old widowed grandmother for being unable to shovel out her oil fill cap in subfreezing temperature. Inexcusable behavior, use another company.
