If I could give them a 0 or negative stars I would. The manager here, Jen...Jenn or Jenni... some version of that name is rude and either inexperienced or completely overwhelmed by a position she needs to step away from. She called and didn't introduce herself as the manager, and I honestly thought I was talking to a rude employee, but when I called back asking to speak to the manager the employees informed me that I had been speaking to the manager.
