First time ever doing cryotherapy! It was one of the best experience. After my car accident, I always had back pain. Sometimes my back gets tight or sore. Cryotherapy uses extremely cold dry air (below -100C) for two to three minutes. Is used to treat malignant tissue damage. I don't think anything can ever prepare you for how cold it gets. But the owner (sorry forgot your name) was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us (group of 3) he was very chill and made us feel very comfortable. It was definitely the longest 3 minutes of my life, but I would do it again! My body felt so relaxed after and I slept like a baby.
