Great product, only using Polar Bottle! No evaporation through the bottle, no spills when tossed around!
I´m so sad, because I bought a new polar bottle (ergo Half Twist cap) in january in my country Colombia, after 3 months of use and correctly cleaning, the cap began to accumulate dirt that I couldn´t clean in any way, that dirt apparently enters through holes used for the plastic injection in the manufacture of it. For me its clear that this is an design error. I buy your bottles because their use is ecological and they are of quality and if I need to replace it every 2-3 months it loses its ecological quality.
Best Bottles out there. I just might need another one. I wanted to say thank you to Polar Bottle, Addie B. and Deisy M for taking such good care of the 2018 KY Bourbon Chase Team Aged to Perfection. You are the best.
So after about 9 months of constant use my son brought his water bottle home today with the lid broken. I went online looking for a replacement cap and was stunned to find out that PB replaces them for free! I was dreading buying a new bottle because the actual bottle was just fine and it would have been a shame to buy a new bottle. Thanks for offering that option! Love these for school as they don’t leak when thrown in a backpack.
I am love, love, loving the most recent to my Polar Bottle collection - the stainless steel Thermaluxe. I didn't believe the claims of keeping my water cold for 24 hours - but it does! - and beyond. Bring on summer, now I'm ready for the desert heat. I would love to see a COLOR imprint on the sip-thru cap, something to help me line up on the twist-to-drink opening. For now, nail polish will have to do. Bought more bottles for gifts and spreading the joy!
