Arrived at 0500 for a 0600 appt to see all docks full, 3 trucks parked on side of road and small parking area on right full. I asked if I should park behind the Floor & Decor as mentioned by a previous poster. I was told that was no longer available and to find a place to park….

Bad customer service loaded me had a lot of room in the tail end of trailer. Loaded me heavy in nose could not adjust to legal weight on drive axle to far back from shipper to go back
