Very professional and knowledgeable service, and totally helpful in working around my work schedule. Jackie and Alex were excellent on both customer service and technician service. Definitely recommend hiring Polar Bear.
The vendor marked up a $45 thermostat to $464. I would not recommend.
This has sadly been a nightmare of an experience. I previously worked with this company to have my PTAC units installed in 2022. There was communication issues and they did not install a sleeve with the units but overall they got the job done. Over three weeks ago, both PTAC units stopped pushing out warm air. I called the company and the technician that they sent out the next day told my tenants that I had "hotel units" installed and that these only last 3-5 years and I should just buy new units.
