I had them replace my HVAC unit; however, they did not confirm the compatibility of the new unit they ordered and my electrical panel. Because of this, the unit caused multiple blown circuits, and potential posed a serious fire hazard. I had to have my electrical panel rewired and a new wire run up through my walls and ceilings.
