Alex was on time, knowledgable as always. Waiting for a part but the A/C is on!!
Angel arrived promptly and diagnosed and fixed my AC unit in about half an hour. I was impressed and grateful. The price was fair and I will certainly be using Polar Bear again in the future.
I would strongly caution anyone against working with Polar Bear Polar Bear Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. Our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. After paying more than $20,000 for them to install our unit, they placed a “do not service” warning on our account without properly informing us.
