Sergio was amazing to start he was prompt he LISTENED to my concerns something other techs have not. He showed us what was wrong and gave us options vs just trying to get money out of us. My A/C stopped working, and Sergio came out and had it fixed within just a couple of hours after I called! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous throughout the entire process. First and foremost I would highly recommend Polar Bear’s Artic . Sergio it’s such a people person he explains everything he’s doing and what he thinks it’s going wrong with the unit. It was our first time using his services but the minute I called he answered his phone even though he was working on another service call and I thanked him for making time to come and look why our unit that was not working and with the triple digit weather I was dreading it.
