First and foremost I would highly recommend Polar Bear’s Arctic . Sergio it’s such a people person he explains everything he’s doing and what he thinks it’s going wrong with the unit. It was our first time using his services but the minute I called he answered his phone even though he was working on another service call and I thanked him for making time to come and look why our unit that was not working and with the triple digit weather I was dreading it. Sergio, was excellent. He arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the heating problem and fixed it efficiently. Very professional & knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Sergio was very respectful and knowledgeable on his job he went beyond his call of duty to serve for the people in need of heating and air conditioning in their home he is courteous above and beyond others that would not even considered to come out to do his job on Saturday or Sunday in this weather his prices are good for the expertise job that Sergio has to do with these heating and air conditioning units thank you for the quick response to fix our heating issue thank you from the J&M ALVAREZ FAMILY
