We came home Sunday evening to find our AC had gone out during the recent heat wave. We called Sergio that night and he was out right the next morning and he lived up to his company name. Our house is Polar Bear ice cold now! Honest work and fair prices. Highly recommend!
Sergio is a very friendly guy, came with a smile and honored a warranty on a part that was replaced no problem. Highly recommended.
Called early morning and was pretty nervous being a new customer, but Sergio responded. Watching him work reassured us, this guy knows what he's doing. He told us what was wrong and fixed the wiring to our ac unit that was very much needed due to low maintenance on our part. This upcoming week is gonna be in the hundreds so we're pretty happy. Helped me keep my daycare open! AC wasn’t keeping up and legally I have to keep my home day care cool! Polar Bear Arctic Air came by super fast and was great about explaining pricing and everything that needed to be done and why! My house was cool again within the hour and the daycare babies kept sleeping!
