I called Polar Bear after i was giving a quote of over 3k by another company that said it needed the coiled replace and i had a leak but it turned out the inside coils just needed cleaning not replace .. a Big shoutout to Scot Wilson for saving the day !!!
Scott was on time and had it fixed in about 30 minutes...plus is emailing us price on new unit...I've used them before at my old house they were good to me then...give them a call...
Thanks to Scot who did a great job today getting our AC back on! Job well done !!! Couldn't ask for better service.
No stars because these people are parts changers service guy changed parts on my furnace that didn't need to be changed because of a burnt wire cost me over $500 for a New Part when the only thing that was wrong with it was a burnt up wire. I called their office talked to owner of company said he would get back with me with my part that the guy took out that was still good .Never did call me back. Till this day my furnace still doesn't work right
