First experience with them was last spring, everything went well, prices were reasonable and the people were friendly. Just booked them again for service and the guy on the phone was super nice, refreshing to actually talk to someone who is listening and pleasant!

Charlie and Arris came out today to fix the leak on my furnace exhaust and did fantastic work. They were so quick and efficient, I appreciate it so much! Definitely will be calling them back to do more work if needed and will be recommending them to friends!

During the annual servicing of my gas furnace it was discovered that the combustion chamber had a crack and was allowing carbon monoxide to escape through the air vents in my home. Braydon Wilks and his crew installed a new furnace in a very timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with the work done and happy to recommend Polar Bear Heating and Air to anyone needing help. The crew was very courteous and professional and I will continue to use their services.
