My technicians, Travis (lead) and Jonathon, arrived right on time at 9 AM to install a new 9,000 BTU mini-split system in my bedroom. I can’t say enough about how well this company handled my a/c replacement, from start to finish. All of the office staff as well as the servicemen, specifically Travis and Anthony, were awesome. When I called about my a/c having issues, they had someone out to the house the next day. My new system was in shortly after. Polar Bear has been super helpful and responsive at every turn and I will recommend them to everyone!
