Our family is beyond grateful for Polar Bear, especially Charlie and Brayden. They were both very polite, informative, and most importantly, got our AC working again. We have a dog and five guinea pigs who really do not do well in the heat, so this meant a lot to us. We are all very relieved and finally cooled off.
