Clowns. They will shake you down for every cent they can get, and leave your vehicle in worse shape than you started with. They got me for $3k. Misdiagnosed issues, sloppy repair work. After three visits, my vehicle is still blowing hot air intermittently and the bumper was reinstalled poorly.
Polar Bear never gave up on us, even after encountering a tough, complicated fix and enduring brutal Summer heat. Though the repair took longer than we expected due to parts issues and unexpected problems, Scott kept at it until the job was done. He is a man of his word.
