Polar Air responded to our AC issue within hours of our request. The technician was professional and gave us several options. We did decide to replace our unit and it was completed the next day. The customer service and follow up was excellent. Highly recommend this company!
We’ve been using Polar Air for a couple of years now to do seasonal maintenance and repairs. Each technician has been great, especially Erik. When we’ve had major repairs, the communication is prompt and coordination effortless. Both our technician and office contact walk us through all our options and answer all our questions.
Their technician put their foot through my ceiling. They failed inspection twice. They recommended disabling code required safety features. Following building code appears to be a "surprise" to them. My AC continues to fail to cool, twice, after their inspections. To be fair, they did correct the issues they caused, mostly, which gets them a 2 star. However, My AC unit is less than 2 years old and continues to fail. My friends say they don't have anyone to recommend for HVAC, they only have a list of those to avoid. I have a... read more

I have been relying on Polar Air for the maintenance of my air conditioning and furnace systems for several years. When it was time to replace both units, they acted swiftly and efficiently. Their quote was competitive, and they managed to procure the units and schedule the installation just a couple of days after I gave the go-ahead.
