Our carpet was installed this past spring. The good: the installers were always on time, friendly and hard workers. Their work was ok.in fact, I had given each of the three installers a tip plus some snacks as they were leaving on the last day. Unfortunately, they had broken three things and two of them I didn't discover until they had left. One was a small cement duck on my back step. It was knocked over and broken in half.
