Place sucks they cancelled my delivery 8 times and rescheduled it lol...I just cancelled it all together they did this the first time around now I'm sure I will never use this again
I have 2 accounts, mine and my mother's. We both are not healthy, and need home delivery. It's been 6 deliveries this year, and I've had 6 problems. Today, I got an email saying they were going to start charging $4.99 for each customer service call. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I only call to complain, I use the website otherwise. I'll be canceling 2 accounts. I'd rather drag the water from the grocery store than deal with them anymore! Wish I could give zero stars!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is terrible. My deliveries have never been on time. Never. This one has been delayed 8 times. I’m canceling service due to this. It’s unacceptable.
