These people are unreliable, dont depend on them if you want water delivered on time and on the day you thought you were getting it. they keep changing my delivery date for the next day for about a month now.

Horrible, unrelaible, unprofessional. I have never been so regularly aggrivated about something that should be so simple as having water delivered to my house. Tried to stick it out for the last couple years that I have been a customer, but I am DONE! Save yourself!!!! Dont even bother. Your better off picking it up at a big box or getting another brand/service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...AT ALL!!! SHOULD BE ZERO STARS!!!

I was with them for 2 years and the first year and a half the delivery was horrible. Never when it was supposed to be so I would have 8-10 empty bottles plus the 6 filled bottles. Took up way to much space. The last few months the delivery got better and then my last bill was double of what it used to be so I called and they raised the bottles of water $3.00 each 5 gal bottle plus charged me almost $10 in delivery fee’s.
