Dr Poland treats his customers with great care, kindness and he educates them with each visit. I have been going there over 12 years. In all our family visits he has only seen us two times within 15 of the appointment. He typically expects his patients to wait an hour to an hour and a half each time before he shows up for his review. He has no clue how much time from work and personal life issues he causes because of his ego and poorly run office.
