I just went to Polaris Urgent Care again today! Periodically, my husband and I go here when we are having problems getting into our Primary Care Dr's. We LOVE this place! Each time Dr. Garcia is VERY professional and personal! This play is very professional, short wait time, and very no nonsense. Dr Poland treats his customers with great care, kindness and he educates them with each visit. I have been going there over 12 years. In all our family visits he has only seen us two times within 15 of the appointment. He typically expects his patients to wait an hour to an hour and a half each time before he shows up for his review. He has no clue how much time from work and personal life issues he causes because of his ego and poorly run office.
Dr. Coppinger is attentive, caring, and astute. Highly recommended!
Dr. Rettos is a fabulous doctor. She is my physician and the physician for my children. She has the unique ability to tailor her conversations to fit the child's age. Dr. Rettos truly is a family doctor. She talks directly to the child and makes sure they have a clear understanding of what is going on. She also recognizes the children outside the practice and takes time to speak to them. It is clear that she cares deeply for her patients. A few weeks ago I took my children to this office for the first time. Our previous doctor's office had closed and we were seeking a new physician and needing physicals. I must say I was so very disappointed in the service rendered by this office. In fact Dr. Rettos lacked professionalism and I found her treatment in the outer office to be quite rude. However, when we did see Dr. Coppinger she was very apologetic and helpful. I don't know if we'll return. Medical offices in general need to practice good customer service.
My wife and I started seeing Dr. Jean Rettos a week ago and we really like her. She is really interested in her patients. We feel that she will do what is needed to help her patients. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a really genuine and caring Doctor. All the office employees and nurses were great also. Only one visit and we have great feelings for all of them at Athens Health Solutions. Ron & Judy
