I called the office early this morning. Monday had gout Friday. They said they were going to do an emergency prescription refill. Went to go get the prescription and it wasn't called in that was at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon would not recommend going there
All staff are nice and friendly especially the Physicians or Doctors
Need to call for a prescription and was talked down to by every staff member I encountered over the phone. These are just simple prescriptions they don’t require all that much to go through. I am thinking about leaving a provider that I love because of the horrible office staff. They should be investigated by the state.
I was referred to this doctor by the aetna doctor referral. I called the office to make an appt . Phone was answered by an elderly lady and a barking dog in the background . After taking all of my personal information including my social security number I was told that appointments are weeks away and theres no window for an emergency situation. If that is the case start by asking what do you need and how can we serve you before taking personal information. This review is not a reflection on the doctor but in her poor quality... read more
