I liked Dr. Pol until I realized he’s only in it for the money. It’s unfortunate because we need more psychiatrists that are in it for people’s mental health over the money.
Very caring doctor. Knows who you are without looking at your chart first. The wait to see Dr Pol is within minutes. I have never waited long.
He will try every thing without ever giving up.
Outstanding MD. Excellent with patient care, clarifying diagnosis, titration of medications, does not over medicate and listens intently. He is always able to get you in if it’s needed. He doesn’t judge you and he genuinely cares for you and your well-being. Great treating adults and children.
I have been seeing Dr Pol for a one and a half years. He has been a godsend! Dr Pol listens to what you have to say. He has been managing my medications and does not over medicate. I am so thankful to find a kind and caring doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pol for more than a decade to help manage medications. I appreciate the fact that he is a careful listener, asks pertinent questions and gives time for answers. I like that he doesn't over medicate but offers other tools to promote mental health. This hasn't always been the case but, his current office staff is wonderful! Amber is always very helpful!
I have been using Dr. Pol for many year. I am an adult and have not had the experience some others have replied to on this satisfaction and misdiagnosis situation. He is knowledgeable, listens well, responsive to phone calls. I have no problem referring him to others. He has a great office staff. Amber is extremely helpful.
Do not take your child to Dr Pol. Nightmare experience that lasted 6 months unfortunately until we woke up and got a second opinion. Wrong diagnosis and prescribed dangerous medications to our child. I would never recommend him to anyone.
We recently discovered our child was grossly misdiagnosed - to the level where the medications they are on are making their condition worse! Dr. Pol rarely talks to our child and only asks what we think, not spending time evaluating or examining our child. We were horrified to discover they were being hurt as opposed to helped.
