I had a great experience with Pokorny. I had a water heater part that needed to be picked up in the metro area by a licensed plumber and installed. Paul was really helpful in making phone calls on my behalf to make sure we had the right part and would resolve it quickly. Really friendly and great customer service.
I can't attest to Pokorny Co's work as they wouldn't even considering taking my business. I called with a simple plumbing issue, a leaky faucet in my rental unit. I asked about pricing and said I would like to schedule a time. The person I was speaking with told me he didn't want my business. My rental unit is 6 blocks from their store but it was clear a quick job like this was somehow beneath them. So, I will continue looking for a plumber that will fix my issue.
