Excellent service provided by Juana . Clean area and amazing food flavor
Juana prepared the best Sushi Burrito ive ever had. the amount of ingredients to Sauce ratio was perfect i asked for a side of siracha and soysause just in case and didnt need it at the end the food was excellent, And her customer service was impeccable she was so attentive to everything i wanted and explained the sauces and flavors profiles, and she was so quick! Pokeworks give Juana a Bonus or a Raise!!!
I experienced terrible customer service here. While clearly waiting with my friends, the staff completely ignored me, took my friends order, and instead of interacting with me, the staff member "Jorge" took the order of a group that came after us instead. I was forced to go to the back of the line, and even when it was my turn again, "Jorge" was reluctant to acknowledge me.
