I’m always searching for places that stand out. Pokemoto absolutely delivers. First the freshness of the proteins is immediately noticeable. I opted for a poke burrito with Double Salmon and the Lobster Salad inside, and it was incredibly flavorful and silky. They also offer a “lobster salad” option which I was happy to hear is actually imitation crab.
