Maybe I’m just picky about my poke, but this one was a disappointment. I’ve been on the hunt for a good poke bowl in Austin. Poke poke was one of the main places that came up. I got double scoop of ahi, OG style with white rice. For the price, the portion size is crazy small. The ahi also was extremely salty, and lacked sauce. I eat here a couple of times a week. Fast, tasty, and healthful.
10/10 customer service from David and his team at the Hancock location. Probably the best poke shop in the Austin area. If you’ve had foodland poke and missing a little taste of Hawaii, poke poke is a great option for you.
