Excellent BBQ at Great Price – This place has good food at good price, and good daily specials. I have been eating there since they opened at their original site (MOPAC made them move) and one thing you can say is that food is always good. The have expanded menu on sides to offer more healthy items than original. I think they have best sausage in town - their own creation. Brisket is always good. Nothing fancy just great BBQ – Okay, this is just a really really good BBQ joint. It ain't trying to be nothing more than that. I first became familiar with their food when we had them cater a luncheon at work. And whenever I get the hankering for a pile of smokey brisket or spicey sausage I can come here, fill my craving, leave with a full stomach and do so for not a whole lotta money.
Great for Everyone – I love this place! The staff are friendly and helpful! It is so fun to watch the meat cutters and there is a toy train that goes around the room. I'd like to send a special "Thumbs Up & Great Job" to the GM Eric, and also to Sam, JJ, Angel, Dave the bread guy and to the oldtimers: Laura F., Gina, the Lindsays, Salvador, Erica and the other people I can't think of right now.
