Attn Everyone PSA!! I Just got off the phone with someone at (PoisonSpyder) all manufacturing has stopped. Apparently for about 2 years now the guy said the owner sold the Company. And has no idea if or when they will start manufacturing again. In fact they suggested i get a refund for the parts i purchased and been waiting on just shy of 2 years. They used to make quality parts. As i have all of theyre armor but now wish i would have went GenRight due to this.
I have Poison Spyder skins on my 2014 JKU but I've purchased rockers now that came with no hardware. I've given them the chance to fix the issue and the instructions say if anything is missing to call Poison Spyder but now they are shifting responsibility to 4WP where I purchased the rockers citing "we have no manufacturing warehouse" we are not scheduled to make parts until the fall" 4WP purchased those rockers from us last year". I placed a order for hi-line fenders. Come to find out they altered the angle of the fenders so that no aftermarket hi-line hood would fit due to them changing the angle from the original AEV hi-line. I call customer service to confirm this and the guy didn't know so I asked to speak with someone else that would have a answer. I was put on hold for 20min and they hung up on me.
