Did a nice job with clean up of our property. Very happy to be on a monthly schedule knowing the crew is reliable and helpful with any questions and concerns. Thank you! I like the crew that comes out to my property. A special thank you to Jose. He does a great job. They are reliable, professional and friendly. It’s a large property and they get a lot done.
Communication, communication. Kathy and I had a good communication. Ed and I had a good communication. Ed and I walked to property and determine what needed to be done. Trimming the bushes picking or spraying the weeds and taking care of the flower bed. We gave it an estimate of two hours for two guys. When Jose and Hector came out, Jose said that he had not talked to Ed. The crew went to work and did a really good job on trimming the bushes and picking in the weeds. Points West Environmental is responsible for our HOA's landscaping maintenance. They stay on top of the weeds and trimming of our tree and bushes. They are very proactive and know exactly what is needed to keep our HOA looking beautiful.
We're winter residents in Green Valley. Too bad our mesquite tree doesn't know that! We received an email from our HOA letting us know that the pods from that tree were covering our front yard. We made one phone call to Points West ~ problem solved! Thank you for being a company we can rely on even if we're in Minnesota!
