Bought a white gold ring and didn't love the white gold. Called costumer service and they exchanged the ring for the gold (yellow) without any problems. When I called and asked for something different they helped me find it in my price range and didn't try to convince me to pay a little more (like most places do). Great experience!
Amazing ring, amazing service. My fiancee was very specific about what she wanted for her engagement ring. She even had a photo of what she wanted and sent it to point gems' diamond expert. We were very specific about our budget and the quality of the diamond and we were given what we were looking for. After finding the perfect diamond center stone, their people created exactly what she wanted and my fiancee and I are really happy about the ring. Thank you!
