This has been my go-to allergist for me & my family for decades. The practice is set up to keep you well if you have allergies or asthma. NP’s are excellent: compassionate & knowledgeable. [Just beware that the St Clair Shores location is close to Pink Elephant Cupcakes another best on the east side] 🤩
I rated Dr. Salazar with 2x5 stars. She is extremely compassionate and empathetic. She devotes ample time to ensure your needs are fully addressed. Additionally, there is a physician assistant, whose name eludes me, that efficiently handles your information and ensures its accurate relay to the physician. His hair has a hint of color. The receptionist consistently maintains a high level of professionalism and politeness.
First they sent me a 1300$ bill saying we knew they didn’t take our insurance then tried to say we signed paperwork telling us we knew but yet we weren’t told and the documents I requested have no signature on them, once I pointed that out they magically drop it down to 60$ then when I requested my child’s medical records they told me they would not fax them to the new office or give them to us unless the 60$ is paid wich it’s illegal to hold medical records once asked for by a parent, guardian or patient.
