We have lived here about 2 years now, and now that our lease will be coming to an end I can’t say we will renew again. Over the course of our time here things have consistently declined and we have become more and more unhappy as time goes on. The plumbing issues are insane, our toilets flooded our bathrooms causing water damage to the carpet they didn’t even fix, the sink constantly leak, no matter what we do they’re is always an issue with the shower drains, there is gaps between the wall and the carpet… and our most recen... read more
My only complaint is that it took 2 1/2 weeks before it was fixed. Granted, I did indicate that it wasn't an emergency but that does seem a bit on the long side. Once he showed up, he was quick to finish the repair. He was friendly and polite, so I think he needs a raise. 🙂
Brandis was awesome! Very low pressure, she let the apartment speak for itself, while she highlighted items.
