My only complaint is that it took 2 1/2 weeks before it was fixed. Granted, I did indicate that it wasn't an emergency but that does seem a bit on the long side. Once he showed up, he was quick to finish the repair. He was friendly and polite, so I think he needs a raise. 🙂
Brandis was awesome! Very low pressure, she let the apartment speak for itself, while she highlighted items.
I was very satisfied by the overall experience from the tour. Though I missed the special 48 hour offer, I am still interested in applying for an apartment when I receive my next paycheck. At the earliest convenience I would be more than happy to move into their apartments.
