Purchased home here and love the community. Fantastic golf course, club house and the personnel couldn't be better. Very competitive pricing on home and reasonable cost to join the club.
Very nice place to live with many amenities, but there is no consistency when it comes to many things within the property because ownership keeps changing hands. Home values are going up but you might want to wait till you buy. The Golf Clubhouse is not run very well and they give a few preferential treatment and consideration. I dropped my membership a while ago.
Nice course, fastest greens around. Little pricey for Summer.
