My mother lives here and her air conditioning has been not working for a month. She has been told several times, “the work order is still in the office”. In addition to this, 1 of their 2 elevators has been out for a significant amount of time. This complex is for ages 62 and older! I’m there frequently and see there are several people who are not capable of climbing 2-4 flights of stairs when they need to come or go. I will be seeking legal advice moving forward.
