We lived in this complex from June 2022 to January 15, 2026. While the complex was under the previous ownership and the previous manager, we encountered no problems. Everything was organized properly and professionally. After the change of ownership and the appointment of a new manager, the situation worsened significantly. I’ve lived here for 8 years and I’m about to move because I need an extra room for our growing family. Overall, I’ve been very happy with how things are managed, especially since Raquel became our manager. Raquel has been awesome from day one. She’s made sure there are no roaches and even gets her hands dirty to get the place cleaned up when needed. These are spectacular townhomes in a great location with washers and dryers in each unit. Raquel, the new resident manager, has been a big improvement over old management. Highly recommend this place.

The Pointe townhomes are fantastic. Great units and well managed. Love this place! Raquel the manager is super tenant friendly.
