Nice condo complex. Have several friends here. Centrally located for downtown Boca. Wallking distance to nice selection of stores.
If you have a dog do not live here there’s dead animals all over their grass and doesn’t get picked up at all. There are three rats that live in the east dumpster, at night you can see them all along the dumpster. The people in charge don’t want any progress for the building as the building needs a lot done to it. The fire alarm goes off at least twice a month.
