Karen has been great. We really appreciate how she is able to get contractors out to our home quickly if there is a work order and is able to break down the issue for us. It always feels like Karen is looking out for our best interest.

Karen is a great communicator, very responsive and professional. She is efficient in the handling of maintenance, provides clear financial reporting, and reduces stress for property owners. She's proactive in problem-solving and has 24/7 availability.
I do appliance repairs for Pointe Realty group and Fernanda is always extremely helpful both in person and over the phone. She makes coordinating my jobs so much easier and has a great attitude while doing so!
